Data inspection checks on Customer data in the UK, step and repeat manufacturing panels can be created, Genesis frontend software is used for final manufacturability DRC at the factory sites.



DFM reports for new issues and volume orders if required for each part number; with first off samples on each volume part numbers on request. Design for Manufacturer reviews; ensure that our customers have the optimum design to achieve the best yield for manufacturing in production volumes.



Knowledge and understanding of your specification and assembly requirements, gives us the ability to effectively manage JIT, Kanban and buffer stocks and “ship to line” schedules.
