All materials are counted and logged on to our MRP system using numerical serial numbers and bar-coding. Each product is counted, sample inspected and labelled. ROHS compliant and non-ROHS are stored seperatly.
Every customer kit has a unique number, and all parts in those kits have their own stock, batch and date code for full traceability.
